You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Free from makeup, deodorant marks, perfumes, or damage

In the original packaging
Because our shapewear is considered a personal-wear item, returns are only accepted if the product is unworn for hygiene reasons.

Our support team will reply within 24–48 hours.
Damaged / Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:

Send photos within 48 hours

We will replace the item at no cost

No return shipment is required for defective goods
Wrong Size / Incorrect Item
If you received:

The wrong size
-
The wrong color
-
The wrong product
We will reship it free of charge.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

Worn shapewear

Items with visible wear

Clearance products

“Final sale” items
Refunds
Once your return is approved and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Processing times:

Shopify/Stripe: 3–5 business days

Banks may take longer to process
Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.
Order Cancellations
We accept cancellations within 12 hours of placing the order.
After the order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
