We want you to love your purchase. If you experience any issues with your order, we’re here to help.

14-Day Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused

  • Unworn

  • In original condition

  • Free from makeup, deodorant marks, perfumes, or damage

  • In the original packaging

Because our shapewear is considered a personal-wear item, returns are only accepted if the product is unworn for hygiene reasons.

How to Start a Return

To begin the return process, contact us at:

Include:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if item is defective)

Our support team will reply within 24–48 hours.

Damaged / Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Send photos within 48 hours

  • We will replace the item at no cost

  • No return shipment is required for defective goods

Wrong Size / Incorrect Item

If you received:

  • The wrong size

  • The wrong color

  • The wrong product

We will reship it free of charge.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Worn shapewear

  • Items with visible wear

  • Clearance products

  • “Final sale” items

Refunds

Once your return is approved and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Processing times:

  • Shopify/Stripe: 3–5 business days

  • PayPal: 1–3 business days

  • Banks may take longer to process

Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

We accept cancellations within 12 hours of placing the order.

After the order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
